'Your current ID does not specify an Internet certificate for signing'
This is the most common error that users often encounter, especially when they set default settings to sign-in emails. Usually, in Lotus Notes email application this is set with the use of Public Key Infrastructure of present Lotus Notes ID and the users sign messages to other Lotus Notes recipients with the use of this public key. In case the mail is sent through other Internet, then the public keys simply don’t perform. To use this facility, one should need to include X.509 certificate into their Lotus ID. So, when the users sign internet messages and doesn’t find the certificates, then this error occurs. The solution for this type of error is to simply change the default setting of the signing messages. If it is not possible for you, then simply acknowledge the dialog box when it appears on the screen.

Lotus Notes error: 'You are not authorized to the database for user's local mail file'
Any client who uses R7 design template with R6 client as Lotus Notes 6.5.6 client, then it is likely to encounter such errors. This error may also occur when they use StdR7 Mail template, which is not compatible. So, to get rid from such errors you may simply delete or remove the local replica and also update the server mail file with the use of R6 mail template. But, don’t forget to replicate this back again to the user’s machine as well to solve the problem completely.

Database error: 'Database Corrupt -- Cannot Allocate Space'
Error with the Notes client’s Desktop.dsk is the main culprit that causes this type of error. Users may simply run Nfixup or Compact on Desktop.dsk so as to alleviate the issue. If you are not comfortable with Nfixup, then you may simply delete the cache.ndk and also rename it to bookmark.nsf. But, clients also need to generate a new copy at operating system level through database, file or new copy in Notes.

Lotus Notes access error: 'database is not opened yet'
Clients may also face this type of error in their Lotus Notes Domino R6 because sometime it enables the Lotus Notes databases to access the available databases on another server which basically lies on the background. But, you need to know the fact that there is no protocol available till now that allow this. So, the simple solution to solve such error is by opening the server documents of Lotus Domino server that have target database, either in R6 or R7 Lotus Notes Domino. Clients may even rename the server that includes the web service to any Trusted Service field available in Security Tab.

'The object store that is used by this note was not found'
This type of error basically refers to Lotus Notes Shared Mail which no longer utilizes as disk space. Besides, efforts required for cleaning process is quite demanding and also an expensive matter. Clients may encounter this type of errors when the documents that client is trying to use is not available in Domino object store. To get rid from such errors, clients may simply run “Collect” task on the database and soon they will overcome from this issue.
